Dom Williams for Bellarine
Dom Williams is the Socialist Alliance candidate for the seat of Bellarine.
Dom is a student at Deakin University, a keen environmental activist who was part of organising School Strikes 4 Climate while at high school. He works part time as a cleaner and is active in campaigns for public education and disability rights.
He says, “The silence from most politicians about how fossil fuels are pushing catastrophic climate change is deafening. I want the energy industry under public control and increased investment in renewable energies. Most of all I want politicians to experience the real world and be paid an average worker’s wage.”
