Darren Saffin for Northern Metropolitan
Darren Saffin is a media communications worker who has been involved in activism and social justice campaigns for the past decade in Merri-bek and beyond.
Darren has been involved in local campaigns such as the successful High School 4 Coburg campaign which resulted in the local Coburg High School we know today to the Sydney Road Accessible Tram Stops campaign, Darren is committed to making the local community a fairer place for all.
He is also active in the Save Public Housing Collective and the numerous activities surrounding the campaign to save the 44 public housing towers and the individuals, families and communities that call them home
