Help Socialist Alliance register in South Australia

Socialist Alliance is a registered political party nationally.

To achieve state registration we need to provide at least 200 declarations of party membership to the Electoral Commission of South Australia.

Registration allows us to use our party name on ballot papers in South Australian State elections.

The genocide in Gaza, the approval of new fossil fuel projects, the housing affordability crisis and AUKUS show that we need to present socialist solutions to the crises of capitalism. Breaking the stranglehold of big business over our society requires the self-organisation of working people in struggle. We use our election campaigns to amplify these grassroots struggles.

If you are willing to help us, please fill in a Declaration of Party Membership form by following the steps below.

There is no financial or other obligation, but you need to be an Australian citizen on the electoral roll. Even if you are already a Socialist Alliance member, we need you to fill in a Declaration of Party Membership form following the steps below.

Remember you must enter your details exactly as they appear on the electoral roll.

  1. Check your enrolment details. If you are 18 or over and are not already enrolled than you need to enrol to vote online.
  2. Please fill out this Dropbox Sign form, there are a few steps so please follow the Dropbox Sign prompts carefully.

In order to receive digitally signed membership declarations we need to use this service to meet Electoral Commission South Australia requirements.

If you need help with Dropbox Sign, or would like to sign a paper copy of the membership declaration, or have other enquiries please email adelaide@socialist-alliance.org or call (08) 7222 9941.

When you have filled out the form, please consider forwarding this information to friends, work colleagues and family who you think would also be supportive.
