By ensuring effective monitoring of the air and water quality around Stockton, Carrington, Mayfield and Throsby Creek we can gain more transparency around environmental contaminants, such as the potential spread of the RAAF Base PFAS pollution. The community campaign to stop the proposed T4 Coal Terminal is a good example of a winning campaign and shows that we can eventually phase out the coal loaders and, in the meantime, get the coal wagons covered to reduce the coal dust.

"We pledge to genuinely talk to residents. One way we can achieve this is to initiate regular ward meetings with the community. People have had enough of community 'consultation' over Council activities that just serves to tick a box."
